1. Service Description
Hemly is an AI-assisted reconciliation and month-end close tool that helps automatically match transaction data and draft reconciliation and close documents. All output is a draft that requires human review and sign-off before formal use. Hemly does not provide certified accountant attestation, tax advice, or investment advice.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
3. Subscription & Billing
Plans are tiered by monthly reconciliation volume — see the pricing page for details. Your quota cycle starts on the day you sign up and resets automatically every month. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period, and fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable. Paid-tier accounts that run out of quota may purchase a one-time overage pack (not included in the subscription fee); overage packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and available to paid-tier accounts only. All payments, invoicing, and tax are handled by Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record); Hemly never has access to your card number or payment details.
4. Usage Restrictions
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, and may not abuse the affiliate program through self-referral or fraudulent activity. Hemly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
